Solution Guarantee.
Our Solution Guarantee gives you the peace of mind when acquiring Sierra DigiTally.
You are entitled to run installed systems and evaluate desktop software for 30-days, and
hardware equipment including mobile devices for 10 days; if not
satisfied with the performance of Sierra DigiTally you may return for a full refund.
Product Demonstrations.
Because Sierra DigiTally is a complete solution, we recommend that you
take advantage of our
Online Demos and Solution Guarantee. Solution Guarantee will allow you to review and actually use the complete system. We recommend an actual deployment of full or partial system (depending on your project) for evaluation. Since you have our guarantee,
it'll save you time in evaluating and eventually adapting
the system.
Deployment.
Sierra DigiTally devices are factory-setup and configured for your use -- there's
usually no additional setup required other than connecting the cradle via USB port,
and plugging in power supply.
As for software, you may install on your desktop PC from our CD, or request remote
installation assistance; we provide it at no additional charge.
If you'd like Sierra technicians to visit your site to setup
software and equipment, and offer training, a visit may be scheduled. While we do not charge for a technician's
full-day of services, we request that trip costs are covered by our customers.
