Support Contracts are not required; you may use support options on an as needed basis, or request a support plan coverage.

Equipment Support.

Mobile computers and printers are covered under standard one-year manufacturer's warranty;   additional coverage-plans and extended plans are also available.

Installation Support

We offer free 30-day Installation Support from initial system delivery with installation issues that may come up within this initial time period.  This plan also includes 2 hours of instruction and training --  it can be utilized online, on the phone, or on-site, if visiting.

Online Support

Receive technical support via our online support form, or e-mail.  Submit questions to support technicians for electronic response.  We can also provide remote assistance by connecting to your systems remotely.  Online support cases are offered as needed, or as part of a support plan.

Telephone Support

Contact support technicians by phone to receive issue resolution.  Support issues are handled on a case basis.  Telephone support may be provided as needed, or as part of a support plan.

On-Site Services & Support.

Support technicians provide on-site services for installation, troubleshooting, training, and other technical and consulting services at customer's site.  Services offered vary by geographical region and individual case; please contact us for more information.
